what about rolling hills, VA..a town that has neighbors that know each other, and that when you look out your back window, you see rolling hills and sheep and cows! you see vineyards and little streams with peach trees in july/august.

Llangollen in Wales. It's a small town with a river running through it, beautiful scenery, a good place for a love story!
