I used to support those bastard monitors. There is usually a way to "unlock" the menus. I can't remember specifically, but it might be by holding down the Mode or menu button for a few seconds. If that doesn't work consult your users manual or contact Samsung. They should be able to tell you.

How do you mean "menu is locked" Is this a message on scren when you try to get into the menu, or does nothing happen? If the latter more likely the buttons are simply stuck.
