It means you need a hobby and a life. A lot of people develop real life social problems because they're on the computer 24/7

Yes, it's a problem. But, you are not alone. Millions upon millions of earthlings (including me) have this very same malady. On a positive note, at least you're safe and warm indoors; and you're not getting into trouble with real-life people out in public.
