There is a tool made to remove those lug nuts. You can buy the kit at Sears, in the Craftsman Tool area!

As others have said, it will damage the lug nuts, so you will want to buy a new set and have them ready to install.

$100 to remove locking lug nuts is outrageous! It does take a bit of work, but should cost no where near that, unless that includes the new locking lug nuts!

if you can't pick the locks you can use a old 12 point socket that you can drive on with a hammer then impact them off. of course the will be is sad shape but will still go back on. most of those key styles are really easy to pick by jiggling a gas cap key while moving in and out while turning to the unlock direction usually left. you would be surprised how crappy locks are these days.

Get acheap socket wrench from a pawnshop or similar. It will need to be hammered onto the lug nut then you should be able to remove the offending nuts. you will need replacements of course, make sure they come with spare keys!.
