Basically she says to other people that she never wants to get back with me but then tells me that she thinks she is willing to give me a chance as long as we build up the friendship that we never had. But i dont understand why does she want to have sex with me but not want anyone ever knowing and she tells other people that she doenst want me back ever.

3 Reasons:
1) She wants to be wanted.
2) She wants sex.
3) You're "safe" and "easy" (re: She's slept with you before. She knows you aren't going to mistreat her, give her some STD like some random guy at the bar might, and you already know what the other likes in bed so there isn't any awkwardness/selfishness).
To be honest, I think #1 is the biggest reason, though. It's totally a girl thing to want to be desired/wanted/needed. But yeah, hiding it from other people means she doesn't want to date you anymore (and saying you're "friends" IS covering up the sex factor).

It sounds to me like these people she denies you to tell her that she should stay away from you, but for some reason she doesn't want to stay away (maybe she really does want to be friends or its just the sex) and doesn't want to admit to everyone what she is doing with you.
she wants to have her cake and eat it too and as long as you are sleeping with her you are giving her that. the best way to know if she truly wants to be with you is to stop having sex and see if the 'building' continues. it does seem like she is just stringing you along though.

Because on some level, she still wants to hear you tell her that you love her. She may tell other people one thing, but that is probably only to protect herself from hurt and from possibly looking liek a fool. SHe would only still be sleeping with you if she still wanted that relationship to happen.

I might be an old fashion ordinary mum, but I know that "having causal sex" with one you don't love will cause you more pain in the long run. You might be hurting yourself as well as her. Say no to her, there are many other nicer girls you will find, if you are nicer. :-)

She might just be scared. Not to sound harsh either, but she could just be using you since she knows you'll have sex with her and then it will stop once she finds someone better. You should confront her about it.
