This is one of those things about life that we have to change with the times.
Being 5' 3" tall and 112 pounds sounds just perfectly the "normal" weight for your height.
I would imagine that the ideal cheerleader flyer would be ideally about 5 feet tall and weigh about 94 pounds.
It wouldn't be a healthy thing for you to do to even think of trying to get down to 94 pounds.
You say you have been a cheerleader flyer for 7 years now. Does that mean 7 years in high school and college?
I wouldn't think, and I might be wrong, that they have cheerleader flyers in middle school.
Maybe the reason that you are being slowly replaced is that you are within a year or so of your senior year (college? or high school?) and that you will be leaving the cheerleader program in the next year or two, so new cheerleader flyers are being trained to replace you over time.
Think about it. You love cheerleader flying. That is great. But, what happens after that last game your senior year when you have been the primary cheerleader flyer? Do you think your school will want to start with a brand new cheerleader flyer who has never had any experience.
Just as a football team will want to have a younger quarterback with some game experience with the star senior starting quarterback plays his last football game at your school, so then, the same thing applies to having someone with some cheerleader flying experience in your case.
I would think that giving tips to new potential cheerleader flyers would be a great thing for you to give from your heart.
Also, as your weight sounds about right for your height, and you sound concerned about your situation, I would talk to the person privately who is in charge of the cheerleaders at your school to find out the exact reasons for what is going on and your future with the cheerleader program.
You yourself state that you are too big to be a cheerleader flier, and being 5'3" tall and weighing 112 pounds sounds very normal. I am sure that there are tens of millions of females who are 5'3" tall who would give anything to be weigh only 112 pounds, and, I am sure that there are millions of girls your age who would wish anything to even just be a cheerleader not to mention a cheerleader flier.
Cheer up, as you realize that you are maturing. Even losing a few pounds will not cause a major change in your use as a cheerleader flyer, so offer to the person supervising the cheerleaders after you find out about your future that you can volunteer to give your past experience and advice and encouragement to newer and more petite (which you will never be again as you sound like a wonderful match for your current height and weight). Be a team player. You will be regarded much more highly for it by the person who supervises the cheerleaders, the new cheerleader flyers, and your fellow cheerleaders.
I mean 10 years from now you will not be a cheerleader flyer, so move with the flow and move on with your life to newer and better things as behind each door is a new door to other opportunities.
I bet for 7 years that you were a great cheerleader flyer and you can have those memories for the rest of your life. Good luck!

A good cheerleader can do every position. You're not too small to be a base. Some of our bases weigh 100 pounds. If you have muscle, you can do it. Try it. Flyers go to bases all the time. Bases to flyers. Keep it simple at first. My first base stunt was a elevator, simple. Try it with a good flyer, though...
Good luck.

It shouldn't matter what your weight is...Just as long as your a killer Flyer and you can do it...If you feel like your getting pushed away from your spot, just show everyone you are an Awesome flyer, and it shouldn't matter what your weight or height it.

hold your weight up as best you can, so that yourr stunt group doesnt notice the wieght gain
try to make your self irreplacable, get those doubles and bow and arrows, really work on all of the really hard skills until they're mastered, and you're too good foa flyer to get replaced

I am sure your coach will find a job for you to do. I am your height and I used to base and back. It all depends on who else is on the team.
