is it true that aliens (universe people) are 10,000 years ahead of us.And they know we exist on our planet but refuse to make contact cause they know we are violent and keep a eye on us to make sure we don't ruin the galaxy?

Probably not 10,000 yrs. More like 1500 yrs. There are only 5 alien types that have been discovered but the only hostile ones are barely beyond our own technology. The most advanced ones are very peaceful and keep them in check.They are "waiting" for us to catch up with them before helping out much. That is one of the reasons why there has been a sudden surge to complete the ISS and send probes and people to the moon and Mars. Oh, there's no one there, but it will be a good sign that we are almost ready for a technological boost. In 40 years or so, I think the big secret will be out and we will have saucers of our own.

There must be millions or more aliens in the universe
They are probably not too different from us.
Their intelligence,objectivity and technology dooms them to a fairly short life span,maybe 250 to 350 years like us,we have already used up about 100 years of ours.
We may be able to ruin the viability of the earth's surface,but we couldn't go much past that.

The aliens are our brothers, they inbreed with us millions of years ago. that is why mankind cannot find the missing link. They are watching us to make sure we grow up to be good space people. That is very likely true, doesn't mean they're the only aliens that know about us, but I sure that does fit with one group, more so the Greys then the more lizard like aliens.

I'm pretty sure that any species that's 10,000 years ahead of us technologically could contact us without worrying about their safety. Besides, they probably would just to give us an ultimatem- "Be nice to the universe or you're S.O.L.- we'll blow you up."

We do not know how advanced these beings beyond us, but we do know about how diverse the people are on earth. We are good, bad, smart,dumb, etc. The beings you are asking about are probably as different as we are. technology does not make a being good or bad only more advanced.

every stories related with aliens are fiction.We don't have any sample related with them. People make up such stories to generate our curiosity about them. I don't believe in it and you don't have to believe right now.But first of all let's wait and see for more prove to come.
