My feet are very ticklish but they are very soft - not tough as a rock. I rarely walk barefoot so they are very soft and smooth.

Yep. But i have been using moisturizer and foot creams and scubs to fix the toughness. But the ticklishness has yet to stop.

They are not really ticklish. I would say somewhat tough but also sensitive.

Hah, they're VERY ticklish.
But they're not as tough as a rock.
I don't know whether that's a good thing or a bad thing..
