I fainted because I took a bath that was too hot. I feel really tired and all that I want to do is sleep. I have only drank a glass a cup of water when it happened and I just drank another cup. I feel light headed and lost and all that I want to do is sleep, but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to. Will sleeping cause me to not wake up?

You can go to sleep, but I suggest you have some poweraid or gatoraid to help restore your electrolites.

My advise to you would be to try to get a few more fliuds in your body, try some Gatoraide, you need something to boost you eletrolytes back up. Give it least another hour. If still jitery & light headed seek medical help. That nothing to play around with.

You're really not supposed to sleep if you just fainted. Your blood pressure might be too low. After you faint, you need to call an ambulance to check your vitals. Don't drive to the hospital because you might faint again and crash.

best advice or "cure"..

drink plenty of fluids and get plenty of extra rest and sleep..

this is how "dehydration" is treated by even the best doctors at the best medical facilities..
