The cases of rape and murder in the Balkans and numerous African countries where they are conducting peacekeeping operations have been cropping up more and more lately. I find it pretty ironic that a lot of these nations point fingers at us for out 'human rights abuses' in Iraq and Guantanamo, but are basically ignoring what's going on with UN forces. At the very least, lets start charging them rent, that's prime New York real estate they're taking up, and it would cost them less than 1% of the money they embezzled from oil for food.
