You can try these drills, but you really need to be in a class to learn the actual back handspring.

well I am a gymnast and when I was little and when I was learning how to do a back bend I started on a raised platform like a folded gym. mat and when I went back my hands were lower than my feet were and so it made it easier to kick over. Just practice that a lot and then try doing it without the mat. Oh and for backhandspring hmm do you have a trampoline?? Do 1 of ur friends have 1? Well you should practice a lot on a tramp and then have somebody spot you when you do it on the ground... well.... I hope I helped a little!! tooo dooo looo

for the back walkover, start off with one foot in front of the other, and start to lean back and while you start to lean back, lift your leg that was infront b4 and bend back and reach your hands really close to your foot that is on the ground. then once your hands touch the ground, kick off with the foot thats on the ground.

for back handsprings, you should first do these on a trampoline with a spotter (maybe someone that can already do one) and start in a sitting position and then swing your arms back and line up your head with your arms. once your hands reach the tramp, push really hard and swing your feet over!!

Hope this helps!!

umm to kickover move ur feet closer to hands when ur already in the backbend. its easier to kickover that way. and umm and backhand spring. to postion urself u stand then like pretend ur sitting in a chair and then swing ur arms back tthen push wit ur feet off the floor. then keep ur arms up then land.
