My feet are quite tough from going barefoot, don't know if they're pretty or not... toes are kinda short, but my feet aren't rough or cracked, the skin is thick but smooth. I guess they're sorta pretty :)

Do NOT pedicure feet that are *tough* from going barefoot--as opposed to just looking smoother, leathery, and thicker without any obviously visible callusing. Pedicuring feet that are tough from going barefoot no longer makes them look tough. It just makes it look like they have a thicker sole.
"Pretty"? There is the toe length (shorter vs. longer) and straightness (often even the little toe should have as little inward curve as possible), and the arch of the toes if any (but many usually do *not* like hammertoes on the toe knuckle). Foot arch height (higher usually looks better, but some medium arches can look good enough), foot arch type (rigid bony arch vs. curvy arch) often determines foot prettiness from the side view, and the thickness of the pad on the balls of the feet just behind the toes also emphasizes the arch for anyone who does not have feet that flatten. Heel appearance (rounded vs. bony), and heel thickness (thicker from going barefoot regularly) determines prettiness from both the side and the back of the foot. Foot length, and foot width can also be deciding factors.
Do make sure there isnt any visible dirt under unpolished toenails. Do make sure the tops of the feet are clean and for many preferably any hair removed. Do make sure the instep and visible part of the arch when standing up are also clean. Do file and smooth out any signs of cracking along the ridge that forms behind the heel. Stop there.
DON'T scrub away any ingrained asphalt dirt that cannot be cleaned away without harsh scrubbing--it will eventually wear away and make the once blackened sole still look tanned (except for if there is more ingrained dirt on ingrained dirt from walking longer on hot asphalt, it will take even longer to wear away and it will leave the sole blackened for longer). DON'T smooth out any white rough calluses, when they show with no dirt when the rest of the sole is dirty, those tougher spots stand out. DON'T do anything at all to any white spots--even if raised--from healed blisters that reattached, since those stand out even more as having no dirt when the rest of the sole is dirty, so they really emphasize just how tough the sole really is.
Pretty feet that are tough from going barefoot: clean tops, clean arch and instep, but leave the soles alone to be as tough as they are.

Me!
Grew up in SoCal, and we went barefoot all the time when we were kids. Now that I'm a woman, I get pedicures frequently, and I think they still look good. I still go out to get my mail here in Texas barefoot. My neighbors probably think I'm crazy!

My feet are fairly tough and I have been told that they are pretty.
How come you never tell us anything about your feet?
