There is no such thing as a peaceful revolt.

Well, are you asking if a peaceful revolt can occur, or if one could occur in the US? Those are two different questions. Many revolutions are peaceful. Though there were many revolts in Russia before 1917, the actual revolt that brought down the Tsar was almost bloodless. As was the October revolution that put the Communists in power.

Usually the counter revolution (when the people kicked out of power try to take it back) is bloodier than the revolution.

The Berlin Wall came down without a shot being fired. Violent struggle in the United States has almost always resulted in the imprisonment of the leadership of the rebels. Sometimes it results in the desired change, but always from within the system.

You and your friends have ever right to arrange and assemble anywhere as long as it is peaceful. But make sure that you are educated on what you are standing for and why you think it is important. Politicians might hear you, but it is the people you speak to that need to pull together, in order to fight corruption in our whitehouse. Zeitgeistmovie.com checkitout

Its not the politicians who are closed minded, its the voters. As long as the voters do not truly want change (and want change enough to actually study the candidates instead of being persuaded by negative ads), they are not going to get it.

Of course it's possible. We did it once not long ago, in 1994.

The American people stood up and said "Enough is enough!"
And then we kicked the lousy bums (Democrats) out of Congress

Martin Luther King did it and didn't even violate his Christian principles.
