Is there a tool or a website? I appreciate any help you can give me. I don't know if I asked this the right way.

If you have the IP address of the hijacker you can look up the ISP at http://www.dnsstuff.com and file a complaint with them.

Having a MAC address won't help you.

Someone stole your computer? Well, I think you're talking about the Mac Address which is assigned to the Ethernet Card. There is a possibility that you can find it that way, but if the computer is setting behind a router, then you're not going to see the computer's mac address, you'll see the router's address. Do you know who might have stolen it? Do you have the serial number to your computer? If so, then go and give that information to the Police and they will do the rest. There's no guarantee that you'll ever get it back though. Best of luck to you. Hope you find it.
