Well darlin' you need to stretch those groinals before you start. Here is what I suggest.. get on all fours (you remember - like doggy style) and now stretch your knees as far apart as possible. this exercise, believe it or not, stretches your inner thigh muscles and limbers you up for the big event next time you rman has had a dose of Viagra. good luck in the nursing home.... oh and ... remember to take your teeth out dear.
