I don't think Reid is up for election but the San Francisco voters loves their communists so Nancy will be around for a while. It would be nice though and incubents of both parties are going to be in for some real fights depending on where they represent.

And what, let that Cindy Sheenan (or whatever it is) take over Pelosi's spot? All I know is, it won't be a Republican (as it is San Francisco), and I'd rather have Pelosi than the other choice.

The 110th congress has been doing one trick over and over again since assembing the first part of this year: rolling over, playing dead, and ultimately giving Bush anything he wants.
Any sound and fury which gives the appearance of opposition is simply posturing ahead of the 08 elections.

Who Is Nancy Pelosi?
http://judicial-inc.biz/pelosi.htm
Nancy Pelosi:
Pelosi is most likely an Argentine Morrano posing as a devout Italian Catholic.
In her younger photos, she was the spitting image of Leona Helmsley. She is 100% behind protecting the Jewish abortion industry, restricting gun ownership, and an advocate for immigration. Her children married Jewish spouses.
Pelosi's Husband Is A Jewish Real Estate Developer:
The Pelosi family has a net worth of over $90 million, mainly from Paul's investments. Paul Pelosi, Italian/Catholic/Crypto-Jew, was a New York investment banker turned San Francisco real estate developer. He is president of Financial Leasing Services, a venture-capital company in San Francisco. He is a stock trader with millions of dollars of stock in Microsoft, Amazon.com, and AT&T.
Alexandra Pelosi:
The daughter looks like a Yenta from an Israeli hilltop settlement.
Pelosi's Father:
Frank D'Alesandros was a mayor in Baltimore, and the family was Argentine Jews.
Pelosi On Israel:
Pelosi is 100% behind Israel, and stated "The creation of the State of Israel is one of the miracles of the twentieth century."
Pelosi overlooks Israel’s brutal treatment of the Palestinians, and doesn't mention Israel’s massive nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons arsenal. Pelosi’s view of Muslims versus Americans and Israelis, is sheer racist.
Regarding Iran:
According to Pelosi, the biggest danger to Israel today comes from Iran, whose nuclear ambitions, though still unproved, also threaten the US.
Her perspective contains the seed of ominous things to come, because, after all, something will have to be done about Iran, right? Yes, and soon.
"If evidence of participation by other nations in Iran's nuclear program is discovered, I will insist that the Administration use, rather than ignore, the evidence in determining how the US deals with that nation or nations on other issues," she said.

A 3% confidence vote is the lowest in history! No other house has ever come close to single digits.
