I am a Marketing Executive, and I earn about 25k monthly, less the extra stuff. :)
My first job, an entry-level position back in June 2006, was as a Customer Service Assistant, and back then I made about 10k monthly.
EDIT: You can actually live rather comfortably if you earn about 15k every month. Just as long as your transportation expenses don't reach P200 per day.

i worked as a guest services executive at a known golf and country club for two years.
basic 9000 / monthly.
service charge & tips 30K / monthly
less the small things given to us. (new products from their companies, gift certificates, cash coupons)
we register guests & tourists, reserve tee time, answers phone inquiries, assists in tournaments and other events hosted by the club. its a great job. you can meet a lot of very important people in our society. our work shifts: 5.30am - 1.30pm & 11am - 7pm.
be nice to your japanese & chinese ladies guests' they can even give you skin advices and what they are doing to stay at shape.
