I know it's Lindsay and not Lindsey, but they SOUND the same, and the "sey" ending looks better with these suggestions:
Tinsley
Tacey
Lorin
You could also combine letters instead of combining sounds:
consonants - T L L R N D S
vowels - A A O I Y Y
Alisa
Lyla
Lindy
Lora
Daria
Dalia
Sandra
Talia

Loralin is very cute and combines the "lor" from Taylor and the "Lin" from Lindsey (with an a added in between because it sounds better than Lorlin.)
Or maybe just "Lor" from Taylor and the "in" from Lindsay for Lorin.
Taysey (Tayzie, Tayzy, Tayzey, Taysie, Taysy) also sounds cute.
For a more unique name, try combining the "say" from Lindsay and the "lor" from Taylor for Saylor.
On a funny side note, if you rearrange all the letters in both names, you could come up with quite a few funny anagrams!
Island Royalty
Sanitary Dolly
Old Tiny Salary
Solar Tiny Lady
Tidal Rays Only
Stair Only Lady
Alas Only Dirty
To Snarl Daily
Doll Stay Rainy
Lord Say Litany
Rain Toad Slyly
Dint Say Orally
Ants Idly Royal
Torn Ally Daisy
Tin Lord Say Lay
Darn Salty Oily
Nasty Oily Lard
Oldy Tin Salary
Lit Soy Lanyard
Ail Snorty Lady
Best of luck! Hope you at least got a chuckle from some of those anagrams.

Taylin is the only combo of those two names that sounds good ... i tried other 'mixes' & nothing worked... but that is a beautiful name, i know a little girl her name is Kaylynn which i thought sounded so nice but i like Taylin even better... congrats on the baby girl... they are so precious, take care :-)

Hiya,
How about Lindsey Taylor, why not just use both fully.
You have Anne Marie, thats quite a nice 2 piece.
How does it sound with your surname.
