I am sure there are but not in the manner your question implies. My memory is pretty good and songs do come to mind when I think of times I spent with people but to say the song is a trigger mechanism when all it is is a piece of the puzzle is overstating matters. I have songs for all occasions and people remind me of songs and songs remind me of people. That is just the way it is.

No. I will tell you the song that I want played at my funeral though. Bugs by Pearl Jam. My husband thinks that it's horrible! By the time that I pass no one will even remember who Pearl Jam was! After that I want Louis Armstrong to sing What A Wonderful World ...... oh yeah!

Yes, One More Day by Diamond Rio
I tear up every time I hear it thinking of my mother.

One More Day

Last night I had a crazy dream
A wish was granted just for me
It could be for anything
I didn't ask for money
Or a mansion in Malibu
I simply wished, for one more day with you

One more day
One more time
One more sunset, maybe I'd be satisfied
But then again
I know what it would do
Leave me wishing still, for one more day with you

First thing I'd do, is pray for time to crawl
Then I'd unplug the telephone
And keep the TV off
I'd hold you every second
Say a million I love you's
That's what I'd do, with one more day with you

Leave me wishing still, for one more day
Leave me wishing still, for one more day

Janet Jackson, "Together Again" and the Moody Blues' "I Know You're Out There Somewhere"...makes me think of my late fiance.

And Emmy Lou Harris, singing White Shoes, reminds me of my *other* late fiance... you'd think guys would be scared of me, wouldn't you?
