My bro had the same problem.First of all tell your parents that you are tring to shed a couple pounds and maybe to buy more heathier foods. And if you really want to lay off them compleatly......have ur parents buy healthy and if they still want sweets have them put them in their room or somewhere where they r out of sight and out of mind. I have junk cravings too. Remember if you really are a junkie don't let you parents tell you where they put all the sweets. One more thing................if you have a craving for sweet stuff get stuff like dried apples and salty........go for some trail mix or nuts.

Hope this helps!
=)

Go to the market yourself. Buy carrot sticks, baby carrots, celery, radishes, apples, pears, oranges, raisins, healthy snack foods for yourself. To stop an appetite: always keep a bottle of thick and chunky salsa. When you're hungry eat 2 spoons of the salsa. It will stop your cravings like magic.

Great job exercising! You're doing wonderfuly with that.
Ask your parents to buy healthier foods and snacks. Skip out of soda, and buy juice instead. Make sure to drink LOTS of water.

Good luck. =)

tell the person that buys the food to let you come along. they think your trying to help and once your with them stop them from getting sweets but if they dont listen tell them that they are disrespecting your health. and if they can tell them to keep theyre things in a place they can lock.

look up the 300 movie workout. awesome indurance, stability, muscle, and core. as for the snacks, ask parents to lock them up or hide them and you go out and do things to keep you busy! tada

you have the discipline to do all that exercise and don't have it to avoid empty calories? Just because it is there doesn't mean you have to eat it.

well, if you cant help to stop taking it, take less and workout more, your exercise should be more than 30 min in each session.
