I fall asleep at the keyboard. Like a cat who is sitting in the sun...head moving and then lowering and then jerking up.

Whenever I count sheep, I get up in the 140's, then I lose track! Then I start over again, and I never go to sleep!

i think of counting sheep is a concern of the previous...when I count quantity I actual tend to pay interest and that i only finally end up being extra alert. So counting sheep or the rest in no way worked for me. i exploit only Sleep for those frustrating to sleep nights.
