Tylenol for pain. PLAIN Sudafed ((not PE, you have to be 18 to buy it at a pharmacy)), and plain Robitussin or DM. However, I had the flu when I was pregnant and my body rejected anything adn everything that went in. I had to get anal suppositories to stop the vomiting and I didn't take any medicine after that.

Don't try anything before talking to your doctor about it first. The recommended dosage of Panadol and other Paracetamol while pregnant is 1 to 2 Tablets. Lets hope your cold clears up soon! x x

Tylenol for a headache, and you can do saline spray in your nose to help with congestion or vicks rub at night to clear your sinuses.
Hope you feel better soon!
