I'd take my twin. Otherwise i'd miss her too much lol. we can have fun anywhere so it would be awesome. she's the one of the only person on the planet that i can trust completely!
and fred the question clearly states if it were one person in the world, not if you were the one person in the world. So she's not saying that you are the only person left in the world lol.

If you were one person in the world every Island would be deserted, the whole earth would be deserted so you wouldn't have to worry about a deserted Island. Where would the other person come from if you were the only one? Is this a trick question or what? Ha! ha! got you back.

I got it! first, I would subject all my friends and people I like to scientific experiments and have them all morphed into one super person and take that person because it would be everyone I would ever want to trapped on an island with!

I would, definitely, take my husband, because it is with him I could do everything.
