I agree, no more expansion, however, relocation is another matter. I could see moving the Devil Rays or Marlins (or both). If I had to pick two cities, I would say, Portland, OR and Memphis. They already have pro teams in other sports, proving they at least have a fan base ready to support professional sports.

MLB could, and probably will, expand one more time, bringing it to 32 teams, which acts as a natural limit.

However, the time is not nearly right for the next round; probably closer to 2020, when metropolitan populations stabilize.

Potential expansion (or relocation) sites, and this is just guesswork:
NYC/northern NJ (yep, third team; it would work, though since the Yankees and/or Mets would never assent, it may require abolition of traditional territorial rights)

San Antonio (I doubt it)

Jacksonville (also doubt it)

Portland, OR

Sacramento

Charlotte

Havana, Cuba (yes, I realize how tricky this one is, but in some respects it's only a heartbeat away)

Anyway... no time soon.

That would just make playoffs last even longer. They have the divisons set up for playoffs to work. Move teams with almost little / no fans to some of those cities.
