I was just at a festival in town. I heard a 70's cover band. Then Rockford Mules. Next was Soul Asylum. I liked the Rockford Mules so much I stayed for a second set then bought their Cd. They tore the house down in IMAO. Have anybody heard of The Rockford Mules out of Minneapolis?
Generally I listen to anything depending on my mood. Most of the time I like hard rock/ alternative with a blues twinge to it.

I prefer Alternative Rock, but I also listen to Pop, Rock, Country, Hip Hop, Celtic, and a few others.

Generally, the rock genre... (industrial rock, nu metal, heavy metal, progressive, hard rock, etc.)
By the way, modern alt/punk rock is NOT real rock (aka Panic! At the Disco, Fall Out Boy, 30 Seconds to Mars, and crap like that). It's like nails on a chalkboard to me... *shivers*

Anything except rap. To me rap takes absolutely no talent. Pick a word see how many words you can find that rhyme with it. No logic to the lyrics. Or sample a good song, and repeat the same 2 or 3 lines over and over. I love anything from Bach to Bach! Country to Raggae, Blues to Bluegrass.
