1. Smile
2. Appear interested (in the person talking - people like people that like them)
3. Make sure you have good personal hygene
4. Make eye contact when you talk (more when they are talking, less when you are talking)
5. Use their name

Well, first of all, what pisses you off when you're talking to people? Make sure you don't do that. Be clean,lol ,and not shy or boring but at the same time know the socially acceptable limits.

Listen to them without judging and try to see things from their perspective.

smile a lot. do not cross your arms but leave them relaxed at your side. say their names when you address them, maintain eye contact when you speak.
