I think you mean find the exact AREA of such a triangle, don't you? OK, area is 1/2 x base x height, so that would be 1/2 x sqrt30 x sqrt6 = 1/2 x sqrt180 = 1/2 x sqrt(2x2x3x3x5) = 1/2 x 2 x 3 x sqrt5 = 3*sqrt5. That's your answer in square meters.

Since it is given that the base is sqrt(30) meters, then the exact value of the base is sqrt(30) meters.

Since that is such a trivial question, I believe that you really meant what is the exact value of the area. If so then,
A= .5* sqrt(30) *sqrt(6) = .5 sqrt(180) = 3sqrt(5) m^2

There is some confusion in the question as all thethree answerers have noted. They have tried to meet t hequery by trying to improve upon the consutruction. I do not know how far they are correct. For me the question is puzzling and needs elucidation before meeting it.

Yahoo Answers have a standing request for checking the spelling before putting the question(or answer) on board. However, the request is granted in rejection. It would now appear that Yahoo Answer would have to add a further request to verify the question before it is put on board.
