Today I restart my computer and found that my wallpaper was changed, recent folder was "SystemConfiguration" and nobody accepts that they have used it, please help, I feel that someone wants my password or my records.

Did you clear the system or user caches with a maintenance program or manually? The Desktop picture sometimes revert back to the default picture when clearing cache.
You can download and install Little Snitch to see if any unusual programs are sending signals out of your Mac. It's a shareware app that will stop in 3 hours where then you will need to start it again, unless you buy a license that's less than $30 US.
Another way would be to watch the running processes from Activity Monitor that's in your Utilities. I don't have enough experience with it to explain in detail what you should watch for. Somebody might explain it to you in depth.
