I'm just curious, i mean, how would we know if a girl is interested if they don't make a move either.

I asked a girl-friend the question, and they said that its because they are afraid of rejection. My responce was, "what, you think we arent?".

Just need your opinion.

I get shy a lot around girls who i have crush on, so that really busts my nuts.

i'm married now so this is an "if i knew then what i know now" answer:
i did it once. it turned into a 3 year relationship. i guess i never did it because i knew i wouldn't be able to handle rejection. so i really admire men for doing it time and again.
but now that i'm a little older--i wouldn't think twice about it. i'd ask a guy out . i think most men would be flattered, and it's kind of sexy.

I was asked out by a beautiful girl once.
I didn't bother asking her because I figured that she could have anyone she wanted, so I would get shot down.
We dated for a few months and I finally asked her why she asked me.
I had a little handlebar moustache because my 3-year-old niece asked me to grow it.
Peggy said that she figured anyone who would do something like that for a kid had to be fun.

I like it done both ways. You cant wait around for someone to ask you out. Just jump in. Rejection is healthy.

Hah...i have been once, but the girl smelt like a farm, but i made up a half legit story. Its against my religion to date...not that i wouldn't, but they don't know.

And yeah its nice to know. I remember i used to have a crush on one girl and thought i had good reason to just let it go.... a year later she was telling me how she used to have a crush on me.... blah

i would love that, all guys would i think

but i've realized that that doesn't happen too often...if you see someone you're interested in, make a move and find out...life is too short, ya know??

if you see a girl you're interested in, go for it---you may never see her again (and it can haunt you if you don't, trust me)

have a good one man =)

I would love that! but I don't think it would be good to have my first date asked by a girl.
