My favorite dish is Moo Goo Gai Pan. It's so light and healthy. I also love the soups: Egg Drop and Hot and Sour as well as Egg Foo Yung and the thin pancakes that you can roll the goods in with the thick brown sauce...can't think of the name of it...And Dragon Phoenix IS delicious! I'd eat Chinese food every day if I could...(I don't care WHAT rumors circulate on the internet about the chicken being other animals and not actually chicken). I still love me some Chinese Food. I can't give it up!
