I try to think of something good about the situation, even if it's just a little thing. I also, consider how terrible off some people are in this world, and try to be humbled.

take a walk in the fresh air, or go for a long run and think of all the nice things in your life and don't dwell on the bad stuff, you'll calm down.

I go away from people, turn on my ipod, and have a smoke.
If you don't smoke, chew gum.
OR
I let em have it , ALL of it.
Especially if it means I'm gonna lose my job either way.
If I got nothing to lose, you better believe I'm handling it REZ STYLE.

take a long walk. if you can't do that then write it out, either with pen and ink or on a blog...but if it's work related, you might want to make sure your blog is private, People have lost jobs over what's in their blogs.

I ask myself, "Will this matter next week, next month, next year, 10 years from now?" "Why did I ALLOW myself to get angry?" and it's gone in a few minutes.
