Google requires a sitemap in .xml format.
A really good, free and easy site is this one:
http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/
Type in you website address and it will produce all the various format sitemaps for you.
The site has full instructions however briefly what you do next is copy and paste the .xml sitemap into the public_html folder of your website then go to Google webmaster tools and input the address of your sitemap which will look like this:
http://www.splashdesignworks.com/sitemap.xml

why dont you try a diff. web site?
