A little crying jag now and then, especially since I have a biochemical depressive illness. But a full-blown meltdown in which I just lost all control....it's been nearly two years. Ending a relationship caused it.

This won't sound good, but I had one today.......... had to report the hell out of some idiot!!!!! Shouldn't come to that on here I don't think!!!!! I was pretty choked though!!!!!!! Not the first time, and unfortunately..... I don't believe it will be the last either!!!!!!!! I absolutely hate that!!! I try to be nice......why can't everyone else?!!

Health. Friends. Family. Education. Life itself.
I just lost it.
BUT i picked myself up, changed a lot of things and now it's all good =)

wow, thanks to this weekly question, I am now aware that I have at least one meltdown a week and it is always because I didn't get my way.

a week ago because my cousin told me that "Everybody changes." when i told him that he was different lately. i cried for so long and i was all alone in a room with nothing but 4 walls.
