2007 has not been the worst year (the year isnt over yet). I can remember when WCW started the Monday Night Wars and WWE (WWF at the time) had no idea what the hell they were doing and looked like a fish out of water.
The best years were 1999-2000 when the tide turned in the Monday Night Wars in WWF's (WWE) favor.
Do I believe that the writing could be better? Yes I do, however it isnt like the shows are unwatchable, I do find them very entertaining at times.

It's up there, but Triple H will save the second half. 2002 was a terrible year too because that's when the great recent ones left.
I don't know if there's a single best year. The best years are 86-87 with Hogan and Andre and 99-01 with Rock, Stone Cold, Triple H, Angle, Undertaker, and Classic Kane.

properly i don't think of WM 23 became the worst, in accordance to me WM 27 became the main mindless WM ever, in my opinion 2008 became somewhat uninteresting while in comparison with different years, 2009 became great 3 hundred and sixty 5 days even though it lacked some sturdy feuds, only approximately complete 3 hundred and sixty 5 days Cena feuded with Orton, We have been waiting while this feud could end.
