Im not as thin as you but I like the slimmer style jeans also. But usually when you get them you end up with a waist thats so high up I feel like erkel or however you spell it.
I got some at Kohl's if you have one of those where you live.
They have skinny regular and skinny lower waistline ones.

regardless of the size, you will probably never find a 28" inseam for men. my dad is a 29 and we have a heck of time finding him pants. we normally have to buy him 30 and shorten them.
