Hi, I'm 14 and I want a checking account with a debit card from any bank in Texas. I tried to find one but I couldn't find one. If you know more than one could you list them all. i am really thankful for any information at all, so please help me.

In Texas, opening a checking account requires that you sign the 'banking agreement' form. That agreement is a contract.

In Texas, you cannot enter into a contract at 14 years old.

Try opening a joint checking account with a parent, you can usually get a debit card from that too. That is what I did back in the day. See if that works out where you live.

You cant legally sign the documents required. You will have to take a parent with you. Then you can open an account.

Sorry, Try later when you are 18... Have your parents open a debit card for you--in their name...
