I believe in free speech but child molestation is just flat out wrong and this group needs to be targeted and abolished

I doubt that either party officially supports any organization like NAMBLA.
However, a perusal of news reports will show that Republicans spend a lot of time claiming to be "God's Own Party", "Moral", and "Ethical", while law enforcement systematically runs down Republicans for ethics violations, corruption, tax fraud, etc; AND while Republicans vote against bills to require ethical behavior of government officials. If you want to find immoral behavior from politicians...that is where you should look.

Neither party supports them directly, but the ACLU supports them and even provide defense lawyers for those sick people. The Democrats support the ACLU.
