We have to watch every bill that puts in any part of the plan. The whole SPP thing is an unconstitutional treaty without Congressional oversight and should be abandoned. Meanwhile they keep trying to sneak in language 'accelerating the SPP' as pages 210 to 211 of the recent Senate Immigration bill, to give it color of legality. We need new blood in Congress. Vote at the primaries.

Do you actually believe this?

edit----
By the way, all of this that you are talking about doesn't even add up to the creation of an intergovernmental organization such as the United Nations, let alone make any attempt to exercise political, economic, or legal sovereignty. It's a dialog, not an organization.

Member states of the EU, while much more similar to the idea of an overarching power controlling many decisions that affect all member states, are not having the constitution forced upon them. The best example is that of France and their rejection of the contistution. You can also look at the United Kingdom... Although UKIP (the UK Independence Party, very anti-EU integration) has never picked up much force in the UK electorate, it is nonetheless a sign that the protest is there, and the people of the UK are too proud to allow more power to go to the EU, at least in the near future. There are enough problems with Scotland's independence movement picking up force with HUGE gains in Scottish Parliament elections, they don't want to go right back into the situation they were in before the with EU. The US is far more proud than the UK, just don't see it as a possibility.

JOIN THE NRA!

They Are doing it behind the backs of Americans and there isn't going to even be a vote on it in Violation of the United States Constitution. You Should look up The National Sunday Law too. Mandatory worship come with that. Wonder what the aetheists, satanists and assorted pagans will have to say about that?

I actually don't think this NAU thing is going to happen only because it's not avoidable. If it's going to happen, it would have been obvious by now. It's not like they are really going to force it on us. Lou Dobbs talked about it and that they spoke to some government person and said none of this NAU is true.

But why does it matter? Is it good or bad?

As long as Harper doesn't get a majority we are safe
We have learned not to trust the USA over the softwood deal.
Their greed and a lack of respect for any other country will be a problem someday

I think the South shall rise again, and I will join them. Be interesting to see how many helps the American south borders on this. As many illegals as they already have, the illegal entries, this could be the straw that breaks the camel's back, and time to fight back, by any means necessary.

Do you REALLY think Canadians can tell America what they have to do? (lol)

What Canada doesn't know (don't tell them), is that here in America, we are putting up signs all over the country that read in spanish, "America straight ahead. Keep going north"

Now don't get paranoid. There are no serious discussions to form anything like a unified government. There is a free trade agreement between the three nations and there are proposals to amend it, but that's as far as it's likely to go.
