his name is tom and i got many splinters looking for him. it took me 36 years and ya know what? i've got a sharp needle but the hay is where the pricks came from

Sure you can Metal is heavier than straw. If you shake it enough the needle will eventually fall out.....Now you figure out how to pick it up.
