Im white and i used to live in laguna beach. There WERE black people there. & no this is not a racist question.

If you look up city info for Laguna Beach, you will see that demographically, the majority of people that live there are white. Not many black people live in Laguna Beach, that's proabably why you do not see any. It is not that it is a racist show, that's just facts.

No. simply by fact I study that MTV went to Laguna highschool and enable the pupils attempt out for it and cowinkuhdinkly, each and all of the pupils that they picked hated and have been going out with one yet another.
