I am atheists but lately i have been reading more about this religion and i found it interesting to read about. However i only read about the way it was created and a little bit about loki hating thor and stuff like that. But does anyone know stories of this religion because they seem interesting and i liked the idea of Gods being mortal so im pretty sure the stories would be interesting to hear, especially battles.

You may also like the poetic eddas.

You'll find there are two ways to go about reading up on this -- you can look at modern reconstructionist information (google search "asatru") or you can look at historical information and literature, in which case you'll want to search for Norse/Icelandic literature. I've included a good link to start you on that latter path.
