I read the wikipedia articles, and the links from wikipedia, about the snowtown murders, and i have just never heard of such unremorseful brutality before.

I don't believe that there would be anything worse, would there?

I have never heard of it, so I looked it up on wikeipedia. Yes, that has to be a godawful way to die. What comes to my mind when I think of horrible murders is the Tate-Labianca murders, people who were burned at the stake, falsely accused of withcraft, and this ****** who was mad at his girlfriend for "coming in late" and had his dog tear her to pieces. Dying in a barrel of acid is pretty awful too though.

There's an ongoing event in British Columbia, Canada where the bodies of street prostitutes who went missing in Vancouver were found on a pig farm. Eastern Canada also had the murders of several young ladies at the hands of a couple in Ontario Province. All the victims were tortured and sexually brutalized by Paul Bernardo and his female companion Karla Homulka. In the U.S. we had the famous case of Jeffrey Dahmer, who not only killed youngsters he lured in from the streets, but engaged in acts of cannibalism involving their mortal remains.
But, Snowtown may be the most depraved case of this sort in Australia.
