What's the problem and why do you need to be self-disciplined?

I have always found lists to be a real help. There is something about the power of crossing something off a list. If you do not know what to write down as far as keeping yourself organized... just start small. Look at how long it takes you to get ready in the AM. Is there anything you could modify or remove to make it a shorter amt. of time? Do you have everything you need in the morning OR are you running all over looking for stuff? If so - set it out the night before or stock in all together. If you are consistently late for things.. let a trust friend set all of your clocks a little ahead of time. If you do it, you will know what you set it, but if they do you have no idea.. you are more likely to be on time. Watch more organized people.. mirror them if you can. There are some people that simply are not text book organized; however if you can understand your disarray and it is not infringing on others.. then just be who you are. If you need to improve this because of someone else.. do the best you can and ask for help.

I wish you well!
