I use Revlon Colorstay, also. I've tried a ton of different ones, and it's by far my fave. It's not waterproof, but there may be a waterproof formula available. It costs around $7.00, and it's easy to fix if it smudges before it dries. Just dip a q-tip in eye makeup remover and you can fix the small spot and retouch immediately. I always wear it on my bottom lids because I think I look crazy if I don't!

Almay liquid liner. Around $10. I wouldnt wear any other liner. No thats not true, its perfectly fine to wear liner on your bottom lid. Pencils smudge alot more than liquid liner. Buy the almay liquid liner, according to your eyecolor, & you will not regret it. :]

i absolutely LOVE Ultra liner by maybelline..it is WONDERFUL!!!!!! it is waterproof...it stays on sooo nicely..and my skin is oily too and when i want to put it on my bottom lids it stays on forever! i have the same problem with pencils...they always smudge in like 5 seconds. and its really cheap! i so recommend it! good luck. :P

as long as its waterproof i think ur bottom lid will be fine. probably any liner would be good, sorry, im not sure which brand would be the best, but i would suggest u get one with a foam tip instead of a brush becuz its easier to handle and get the look you want.

I have tried so many, and Revlon ColorStay lasts ALL day. It never smudges or runs. It's around $6.
Yes, you shouldn't put it on your bottom lid. It easily gets in your eye that way.

honestly what works for me(and im an eyeliner junkie)
is made by a company named Jordana
which is somewhat the same as a MAC liquid liner.
i luv it
you can try purchasing it at some stores at the mall
also, what comes closest to this is revlon colorstay
but go for the jordana

Try using oil absorbing powder over eye area [ with eyes shut, of course ] before making up.
I aways wear eyeliner on bottom lid, and I don't get it in my eyes.
You could also try cake [ like dark shadow, but with eyeliner brush ] or gel eyeliner.
