i i have been wanting to wear blue eyeliner like nefertiti does in the mummy returns i think she looks pretty with it would it look good on me i have dark brown hair and dark brown eyes

Brown eyes usually look best with a contrasting color like:
greens
blues
purples
greys
Also, try white, pink, beige or silver for accents or highlights.
Try a medium to dark blue [ royal to navy ], or medium to dark green [ emerald to hunter ].

Depends on the colors you want to bring out. If you're looking to make the brown eyes look more golden and brighter, Blue Eyeliners, especially in the Navy field is going to be perfect!

To make the eyes deeper and more Brown, try using a Black, Black/Brown liner.

I really like the darker blue eyeliners that MAC has. They go on smoothly, and come off easily with eye makeup remover.

The Blue liners on brown eyed/brown haired people are absolutely amazing. Go into your dept. stores and have one of the counters put the liner on you, walk around for a day with it on and see if you like it! That way, you can see the effect it has before you buy it!

yeah it would, because it is a contrast color. but you should blend it with something so it doesn't look 70's. Make sure it is a softer blue, maybe some shimmer, so it doesn't stand out too much, but just enough. You could blend it into a shimmery goldish brown. Just apply the blue closest to your eye, covering the eyelid, then blend the brown onto the very top of the blue and a little bit above.

All shades of blue look best on brown eyes, as they really make them pop. Muted blues and even some dark purples look really good too. You could also try using shades of bronze, copper or brown to accent the eyes. Hope this helps!

since you have dark brown eyes/hair you should go for a navy blue
and to make your eyes pop more try wearing the same color on the mascara too!

Things always look better in movies than they would in real life. Stay away from the stuff. I'm the same hair and eye color, I tried it and it looked horrible!

yes! the blue eyeliner would really make your eye pop! that would be a very good color liner for you. it would compliment your hair and eyes very nicely.
