If I remember correctly, about $4m of that was in bonuses, with a base salary around $1.5m per season, big money at the time.

Too low whatever it was. Alot of people dont realize in college he shared carries with Craig James and still managed 1000 yard seasons. With a better offensive line he breaks Emmitts rushing record

A definite bad *** in high school and college. Went to SMU with another guy named Craig James (TV announcer) deadly duo. Kind of injury prone in the pros if I remember but still in the Top 10

He was traded by the Rams because that B...would not pay him 1mil....offered him $999,999.00 so as not to pay him 1 mil...One of the greatest running backs ever...He never made any serious jack!!!
