I've had some bad experiences at McD's before. There have been the occasional times where they forget the fries in the bag, or a sandwich, but there have also been a few times where we've gone in, get our food, sit down to eat, only to find a burger was missing the bottom bun. We took it back, got another sandwich. Same problem. Take that one back, get another sandwich, it's missing the meat. After trying five times to get the sandwich correct (how hard is it to put meat on a sandwich and include BOTH buns??), we finally took our entire order back up to the counter and demanded our money refunded since they, for some reason, couldn't get a simple burger correct. The manager was so pissed she started yelling at the grill and sandwich workers in front of all of the customers. We got our money back and coupons to come back for free meals. Pathetic.

I have always felt bad after eating at McDonald's. I stopped about 15 years ago. I have had a vanilla shake thou and it was very good. I think they are trying to show a healthly side but they just don't get it and they don't care. Americans have led the world to make McDonald's the highest grossing fast food chain. I suggest we stop the maddness one by one. Do not feed the McDonald's of the world and we can make space for something better.

My son who is now 5 was 3 at the time. Me, my son and my husband went to Mcdonalds. My son decided that he needed to give the cashier and manager a moon shot. He literally pulled down his pants and give them a moon shot. He got some free ice cream and a extra kids meal toy for giving them a good laugh.

When i was about 8, i went to Macca's for a birthday party (1st time). Was sooo excited. When Ronald McDonald came outside to play, and i thought he looked like one of those really scary axe murderer clowns, and freaked out!!! Ever since then i can't stand clowns.
To top it off i found a hair in my cheeseburger and since then i have too been aphobic of hairs. YUCK!

My sister just quit McD's because of job stress. They treat the employees terrible, young and old alike, with their methods, their pressurized sales for these minimum job workers and their inability to schedule properly...and more to mention, but not now.
And, even if they are the world's largest employer's, they are doing a mis-service to all the employees who go to work there, faithfully accepting employment not knowing the trap they are in.

One time, I was going through the drive thru, and I paid with a $20 bill and was waiting for my change. I sat there for about 10 minutes and then the b**** finally came back to the window, stuck her head out and yelled at me, telling me that I am supposed to go to the second window. I had to yell at her back to tell her that I wasn't going to leave until she gave me my change...and after that, she still had an attitude.

Finding a chicken bone in my boneless chicken.

It was takeout and when I got home I called them. They said their chicken comes from Tyson and sometimes has sharp bones in it so there is nothing they can do about it.

When I called Tyson they offered me a coupon for another piece of chicken. That sounded like double jeopardy or a sick joke. They also told me they supply that same chicken to every fast food place (KFC, Burger King, etc).
