Yes there are still dog fights it is sad that people do this. We had several dogs disappear border collies and large dogs. The police and dog pound told us that if we ever got them back we would be lucky. They said they use the good tempered dogs and even puppies to train the killer dogs to give them the taste of blood. They told us they will take puppies and throw them in the cage just to watch the dogs kill them.

Yeah they still do it in america. MIchael Vick, the Atlanta Falcons QB, just got arrested for doing dogfighting.Thats why you are hearing so much about dog fighting all of a sudden.

Yeah dont you watch animal planet they have to rescue mostly dogs that are in dog fights.

Yes, sadly it's still very much alive in the US. it's cruel, inhumane and i'm glad the recent coverage is shedding some light on this horrible sport
