have you ever just cried over a child that is not loved?

ever see a family out and about and its obvious the parent dislikes the child and loves another. or both parents..i see so many things in my job and this is the topper of all.....well you know about today with the little boy, got me to thinking about all these little kids. and i got to thinking about a women who came in to eat and she had two kids a boy around 3 and a girl around 6.. she oredered for herself and got a soda for herself and both the kids were saying they were hungry and she told them she would make them a pbj sand. when she got home.... and here i am having to bring her food while they watch .. thats not all i see more...it just tears me up. i have five kids and i would die and sell evrything including myself to make sure they ate and had things..i do not understand how you cant love another human especially a child

I have never understood, nor probably will understand how someone (especially a parent) could not love their child. I encounter this on a daily basis because I work on an adolescent residential psychiatric unit with teenagers who've had all kinds of problems that have involved family....terrible stories of neglect, physical/mental/sexual abuse, parents who used their kids to help them steal things and buy drugs. Sometimes the kids tell me stories that just make me wanna cry because it hurts me so bad to hear that they've been through all these unimaginable experiences, and then go scream at the parents about how horrible they were to their children. These are loving and intelligent kids who have been through h*** and back. These are kids who would rather be in residential placement than be back at home enduring the h*** home has to offer. These are kids who see the staff working with them as being more family to them than their biological families or foster families...if they have families at all anymore. It's really sad and just plain sickening. What I do try to focus on are the good parents in the world...there are lots and lots of those and they are the people who help me keep faith for these kids.

What a horrible person!!! I would rather watch my kids enjoy eating something than eat it myself. How could she do that?! They will remember. Things like that stick with you.

some women need to have there legs tied in a knot, i have a cousin who's ex gf gave their kid to him and said dont ever bring her back..its like if you cant handle being a parent then dont f*ck then!
