I probably associate these because of cliches in the language, but I think the "rock solid surety" image is pretty resonant, despite the literal fact of earthquakes. Maybe earthquakes have their analogue too... how certain can we be, anyway?

Love/hate would be my physical sensations, these sensations are real.

Natural phenomenon, I'm not sure, maybe global warming, but that isn't natural, it's caused by Humans.

physical sensation for certainty would mean complete peace of mind and contentment..

as for a natural phenomenon that could be associated with certainty is the calm after a storm...

Since certainty can be a precursor to both pleasant events and traumatic happenings it is a neutral experience. I think certainty is like a suspension of time. It's the space that seems like a void where inevitability hasn't yet kicked in but possibility has been left behind.

complete contentment, all needs fulfilled, satisfaction. Total awareness gives a sensual pleasure of certainty that can't be described by physical sensation since it is supernatural.

The fire is on the stove top. I take your wrist and hold it over. Are you burning? Are you certain? I would associate it because of the horrific smell of burnt flesh darling.

change. i think that it is the most permanent and certain thing that can ever happen. people change, society change, the government changes its leaders every 7 or 9 years, even the time and weather changes. that's certainty. you're certain that you never stop from one thing to get to another. you change to be a better human. you even change your undies for a new day. =)
